Our woman-owned engineering firm specializes in curtain wall, facade, and structural engineering solutions that are Expert, Sound, and Buildable. We are based in Appleton, WI but licensed in 50 states and Canada.

Meet The Founder

Marcie began her career at Larson Engineering before deciding to branch out on her own and start E30 Engineering. With a deep desire to create a new kind of engineering firm where employees and clients were valued and recognized as the individuals they are, Marcie shaped E30 Facades around a "people-first" mentality that drives everything E30 does today.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE • Marcie is an experienced structural engineer and an expert in the field of curtain wall design. She holds two Masters Degrees, one in architecture and the other structural engineering. Her background includes work as an architect in Europe, structural engineer, and engineering researcher where she wrote technical manuals for the maintenance and preservation of historic buildings. Her thorough understanding of the entire design process, from concept to construction to continuing maintenance is an immeasurable advantage to her clients.
